It offers the opportunity to try out and learn about the benefits of guided meditations and to deeply relax away from the stresses of work and family life in a small group of like minded people.
No previous experience required although I do run 5 week meditation courses through out the year. The benefits of 5 weeks of regular weekly meditation have been improved sleep patterns and the ability to cope with the ups and downs of life more calmly.
Meditation and Mindfullness Teaching
Meditation and Mindfullness Teaching is available as a one to one for one or in small groups which I run locally.
These are usually 1.5 hour sessions and cost from as little as £15 per session.
